This project was not as extensive from an added square footage perspective, but with some creative design concepts allowing for more useful livable areas under the existing roof along with some significant interior design upgrades resulted in a wonderful four bedroom 2100 SF home. No doubt there were some significant upgrades to the Kitchen and vaulted ceiling Living Room that made both those common areas wonderful features, but by ombining the laundry room and one of the existing Bedrooms creating a Primary suite with a sitting area, walk-in closet and expanded bathroom made for a showcase room. Converting an upstairs storage space into an additional Bedroom/Office added a unique living space that with the urban courtyard landscaping gave the home an inner city loft vibe.  Donna Brann Interiors' suggested mid century modern styling allowed for some of the original home's fixtures to remain, which is not always easy to pull off when redefining a fifty-plus year old home.
