2019 Arcadia Lite

Fairway Park, a South Scottsdale neighborhood developed in the early 1950's made for a unique higher-end inner-city desert community. This home was by far one of the most run down properties in the area, an original 1600 SF home surrounded by much larger updated homes on a large lot. Unique home in that it sat at a diagonal to the street so utilizing the existing floor plan took some creativity.  Demolishing most of the home but leaving 25% of the walls to take advantage of some permit discounts called for some extensive truss and framing work. Finished product was a 2900 SF, three en-suite Bedroom home, one of which is the 900 SF Primary Suite with sitting room, reach-in and walk-in closets.  A beautiful 600 SF Kitchen, vaulted ceiling Great Room with corner fireplace. An extra large two car garage with shop area, three patio areas, and a spiral staircase to the roof deck are great features beyond the livable square footage.
