The first Arcadia-lite project was a partnership with my San Diego area Bud, Rung-Kai Tsay.  Home was in poor condition in a wonderful neighborhood so it was a perfect find. This project was a significant remodel, with new slab square footage expanding from 1800 SF to 2600 SF, the end result was a four Bedroom three Bathroom home, showcasing an 1100 SF Primary suite with vaulted ceilings, fireplace, sitting area, two large walk-in closets, and a beautiful bathroom. Common area features included a living room with vaulted ceilings, wet bar, wine closet, and fireplace adjacent to an open concept, significantly upgraded Kitchen with two sinks and a large island. Added a two car garage with a mud/laundry room and some upgraded landscaping front and back.
