Arcadia-lite 1400 SF home built in 1954 in a wonderful family neighborhood. Project plan was to not dramatically change the home but to open the floorplan up and make more functional spaces within the original bones. Adding livable square footage to get over 2100 SF was needed to make the home more appealing to 2023 buyers, and creating appealing spaces like the sitting area with fireplace, reach-in and walk-in closets, and wet room in the Primary Suite, and converting the carport into an inviting and functional mud/laundry room. The conversion of half the original back patio into a fourth bedroom/office offered even more functional space under the original roof.  Two car garage with roof deck added the finishing touch to the home's construction. Interior design inspired by Donna Brann Interiors reflects a Bohemian Scandinavian (Boho Scandi) farmhouse style.
